Same here. Its very hard, as a female, to gain upper body strength. Any tips would be much appreciated.

I train for baseball. I hear a lot of you guys wanting to train your upper body want some new routines. Sorry to burst your bubble but the best option you need for your sport is to strengthen your core and lower body first. I know its not what alot of people hear but having a stronger lower body will lead to having a stronger upper body in the future. so that should be your main focus and when upper body workouts come up then mix it up. ask your trainers at school for something new and exciting
