Drill #6 - Four-Point Wave:

The athlete starts in a breakdown position with his feet moving in place. The coach gives a down command and the athlete hits it, rebound up onto all fours with the feet moving. The coach then gives one of the following commands:

* Seat roll (right or left).
* Lateral crawl (right or left).
* Down (athlete hits stomach and rebounds back up to all fours).
* Up (athlete jumps up into initial breakdown position).
* Out (athlete jumps up and sprints past coach to finish drill).
