Day 1:
Jump variation 10x2
Power Clean 5x3
Box Squat 5x3
Bench 3x5

Day 2:
Sprints 8x 10-50m with full recovery b/w each sprint
Hang Clean 5x3
Deadlft 5x3
Barbell Row 3x5
