Health and wellness have been a focal point for the past 15 years. I became extremely dedicated to this area of interest for my family and have been able to utilize my training and personal research to assist others in business and personal goals. Personal development has long been another focal point for me. During the past 35 years I have volunteered and lead workshops for women, trained teachers and developed programs for youth, professionally presented to parent groups and coached associates and business partners and other sales professionals. I am a published author of "Diamond Moms, A Mother's Guide to Raising a Baseball Player." I love my husband, my children and grandchildren and my dogs! I enjoy golf, physical activity such as hiking, yoga, weight training, and gourmet cooking. less
